DECORATE YOUR HOME WITH KRAFT PAPER
Thrifty home decor is one of my favorite things!
Of course, saving money is a key factor in my love for DIY, but when an especially cheap project comes along, I am all in!
Enter Kraft Paper.
Now, I tend to call it butcher paper even though I think that butcher paper is technically white. I am talking about the brown stuff. You can buy it inexpensively in any craft or hobby store, but you can also find it at Walmart for less than $5 per roll. What I love is that one roll goes a long way!

Now, doesn’t that make you want to run out and buy a roll of Kraft Paper for the home? Using it as a table covering in a very stylish setting is genius! Most people use it on the “kid’s table” so that the kids can be occupied with coloring.
And covering books with it? I did that in high school and then used Sharpies to personalize my books. I am loving the idea of a bunch of neutral-colored books on a shelf.
Here are some great deals on Amazon:
I already have several rolls in my craft room, so I will be digging those out to bring you some cute tutorials in the next couple of weeks. Kraft Paper is perfect for decorating for the holidays too, ya know! I have a cute little decorating idea in mind, and (of course) kraft paper is perfect for wrapping presents if you dress it up nicely!
Happy crafting! Or should I say krafting?
